OPC's Hi-Viz backpacks put fluorescent fabric and 2" reflective tape on the pack itself, so the high-visibility coverage a standard pack takes away stays on the worker — visibly safe with the pack on. A dry shotcrete helmet out of service stops a face.
Replacing it is full price — and often the helmet does not need replacing. It needs a lens, a seal, a valve, or a battery that still holds a shift.
OPC inspects, repairs and rebuilds dry shotcrete helmet systems: lens and visor components, seals and airflow valves, internal battery replacement, and external battery fitment. Complete rebuilds and refurbishments, returned plug-and-play, on a 7–14 day turnaround, under replacement cost.
OPC does not represent a single manufacturer. Parts are sourced across systems, including the hard-to-find ones, and the work is judged on reliable airflow, clear vision and protective consistency — not on whose badge is on the shell.

Charge the battery. Not the helmet.
The battery a dry shotcrete helmet ships with is internal. When it runs down, the helmet goes with it — up to a charging station, out of service until it comes back. One flat battery takes the whole helmet off the job.
OPC fits a compact external pack instead. It holds a longer charge than the internal battery, and it swaps on the fly: a fresh pack goes on and the work carries on. The helmet stays at the job site, underground, where it is needed. Nothing travels to a charger but the battery.
