Quoting a component.
An OPC part number from the quick reference quotes as written — put the number and the quantity in the email and the quotation comes back against it.
No part number? Describe the position: angle, bore, what the station holds today — the Victaulic figure on the part you're replacing, if it carries one — and the quantity. OPC drafts the drawing and the number comes with the quotation.
For free-issue overlay, include the fitting's material marking or grade if you have it. Base metal is verified against the acceptance specification at receiving either way.
